Sebastopol is in effect a block game because there is no boneyard. 4 players draw their 7 bones and plays with 4 open ends. Players must start all 4 ends before they can play off any of the sprouts. If a player can't play a bone they must pass. The winner gets points based on how many bones are left at the end, and their values.
