Thats right, There are over 50 new levels for Brick Buster, bringing the total to over 80. And new levels are not the only new thing to Brick Buster.
Brick Buster has been completely revamped with new features, levels and effects. Like an instant replay on all the High Scores for Brick Buster. Also a Brick Buster level editor to create your own Brick Buster levels. Available in the developers build.
And now about the game in case you don't know what Brick Buster is. Brick Buster has the concept of a Break Out, or Arkanoid game. But without the tedious dull long-windedness game play of Arkanoid and Break Out.
Brick Buster is you against the clock. The key to Brick Buster is speed. You start off with an arena full of bricks, made up of different strengths.
You control the ball, and you have to bounce it off of one of three paddles that are moving across the bottom of the screen. If you miss a paddle you get a new ball, as many as you want.
Sounds simple you say. Well it's a little harder then that. You gain speed, strength, agility, destruction power and Brick Busting power by bouncing off one of the paddles, and by destroying bricks.
The more you hit the paddle the more destructive your ball gets. If you lose your ball, you lose half your speed, strength, power, and precious seconds. After all the number one time can come down to hundredths of a second.
Talking about High Scores, new to this version of Brick Buster is an instant replay for all 20 of the High times on each level. Thats right 20 times, because also new to this version is a new top 10 high scores list for each of the levels.
The new High Scores list is called the One Ball Down High Scores list. And just like the name says the high scores are for when you loose your ball at least once. This will give you a reason to keep playing when you loose a ball. So now each level has a Perfect Game High Scores , and a One Ball Down High Scores List.
